Abstract: In An Islamic society the behavior of the Muslim Individual is motivated by values that are different from the non-muslim such that the rational muslim will be willing to give up some of his life consumption in order to entrich his hereafter and achieve successs or falah . thie paper is an attempt to show that the problem of maximizing utility obtained that the intention or al-niah of the Muslim are Different.
