Abstract: Traditional life style is being abandoned in Arabian . Western food low energy spending during work and leisure time have led to increased artwriosclerotic disease manifestations . to investigate the effect of 10-week endurance training on a group of 14 middle-age men. Total cholesterol , HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cjolesterol were measured before and after training . Total body weight went down (p<0.01 )and lean body mass increased (p<0.01 ) .
