Abstract: In an Islamic environment , the behavior of the Muslim firm is different of the non-Muslim . the ultimate objective of the manager of a muslim firm is not to maximize profit but also to entrich his hereafter and achieving (falah ) or success by scrificing part of his profit for the benefit of the Muslim society . this stusy aims to examine the role of islamic values and beliefs on production decisions of the Muslim firm represented by its managers .
