Abstract: The Purpose of this study was to quanitate the diffeerences between treadmill (TM) and cycle ergometer (CY ) of equal calories output foe the magnitude (kcal ) of excess postexercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) . wight healthy males performed two exercise : treadmil and cycle ergometer exercise . the subject were studied on four occasions in random order (1) treadmill (VO2,2 ) cycle ergometer max max (VO2,3 ) treadmill Vo2 submax (60 % of max : 4 ) cycle ergometer sub-max (60 % of max ).
